The Law Office of Brian V. Ebert, P.C. has over 17 years of experience representing and advising businesses and their owners with their legal concerns. Attorney Brian V. Ebert is an alumnus of Notre Dame and the College of William and Mary School of Law and was an officer in the United States Navy. We represent clients in their commercial law and business litigation matters in the federal and state courts of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.

Prior to starting his own practice in 2001, Mr. Ebert held a clerkship with a United States magistrate judge and spent ten years in business law with two different law firms. His clients include individuals, small and mid-sized businesses, and large, nationally known corporations.

Attorney Ebert is a member of the American Bar Association and the bar associations of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He has handled appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Supreme Court of Virginia, and had briefed appeals before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
